At Morgan Wright, we’ve always been a family business with a shared passion for home and interior styling.
Our story began in 2014, when we partnered with Raine & Humble as their UK and European distributor. Their beautifully crafted textiles inspired us to grow, and by 2018 we had launched our own brand of homewares, the now the well-known and loved MeanWhile, created to complement their collections.
Like many small businesses, our early days were humble ones. We worked from Ali’s conservatory, with Crumble the family cat watching on. By 2022, we’d outgrown the space at Ali's house and moved into our wonderful new home in Nottinghamshire, where our offices, warehouse, and showroom now sit together under one roof. It’s here that we welcome customers to come and visit us, see the collections in person, and share in what we’ve built.
Our journey didn’t stop there. In 2024, we proudly introduced The Interiors Yard to our family of brands, further broadening our range of distinctive and thoughtfully designed homewares.
What started around a kitchen table has grown into a home for multiple brands, each chosen with care and united by our dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and timeless style.
Supporting small manufacturers and artisan producers
Our brands release two new collections each per year, bringing you lovingly sourced and crafted products. We believe in working with small manufacturers and artisan producers to support small businesses like ours since it has a larger positive impact on the individuals involved in crafting our products. We are constantly looking for beautiful new products for you and your home.
Mindful of Our Impact
We strive to reduce our impact on the environment by cutting back as much plastic packaging as possible, using alternatives such as paper and card where we can. We're also a member of the organisation 'Greenspark' which offsets the CO2 from our business. You can see the real world impact this has made on their website.
