First orders have a minimum spend of just £500 ex VAT to allow you to really test our products out…it’s quite easy to reach with our wide range of products.
For any re-orders we don’t have one! We understand that smaller shops can’t always reach the high minimums set by some wholesale companies and we don’t want this to put you off stocking our lovely products so we have no minimum order.
We do have pack sizes on each product which is explained on the product page, for example we sell our cushions in packs of 4.
Yes, we pay for carriage on all UK mainland orders if the order value is more than £500 ex VAT. Under that, as a rough guide, delivery costs £12 for the first 10kg and 50p per kg thereafter.

As a limited company, we’re unable to offer formal exclusivity. However, we always do our best to work with our stockists and address any specific concerns. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.

We provide a Recommended Resale Price (RRP) for all of our products, these can be found on the product page. We ask that these prices are not undercut where possible however you are free to set you own selling price.
By placing a pre-order you secure a spot on our waitlist for the item. Due to the nature of some artisan pieces, stock is in high demand so we do recommend placing a pre order to avoid disappointment.
We will contact you as the item(s) are due to arrive to ensure you'd still like to receive them.
The full value of preorder items still count toward your £500 ex VAT value for a carriage paid order.
Our delivery dates on preorder items are always an estimate, due to factors out of our control this date can change at any time. We will keep our website updated if we're ever notified of a change.
For proforma customers, we take a partial payment of 5%, which is inclusive of VAT. This can be cancelled and refunded at any time or it will be deducted from the balance when you are invoiced.
